    Zillow Adds Feeds For Brokerages

Seattle-based real estate listings Web site Zillow.com revealed Wednesday that it has launched a new program called Listings Feed, which will allows brokerages and Web vendors to feed their for-sale listings to Zillow.com on an automated basis. Zillow said it already has 500,000 for-sale listings provided through its new Listings Feed program, with more expected soon. The new service is available for free. Zillow also said that it is adding something it calls a "virtual sold sign," which will allow Realtors to provide a permanent "sold sign" in front of houses a Realtor has sold.
