    Zillow Adds Listings From ERA


    Real estate community Web site Zillow.com revealed Wednesday that it has signed a marketing agreement with real estate sales and brokerage specialist ERA Franchise Systems Inc. Zillow noted that, under the agreement, the first for its Listings Feed program, ERA will supply some 80,000 property listings to Zillow.com each day. This, Zillow explained, enables home sellers who are listing their properties with ERA agents to gain marketing exposure on a high-profile U.S. real estate Web site. Zillow estimated that 4 million people visit its Web site every month, with 70 percent of those individuals planning to buy or sell a house within two years. ERA Franchise Systems is based in Parsippany, N.J. Launched in early 2006, Zillow.com is headquartered in Seattle and has raised $87 million in venture financing.
