Zillow Adds New England MLS

Seattle-based real estate Web site Zillow.com revealed Wednesday that the MLS Property Information Network will feed its New England-area listings to Zillow.com on a daily basis. The financial impact of the deal was not disclosed. Zillow said the new account represents the first multiple listings service to participate in Zillow's Listings Feed program, which launched in November 2007. The program, Zillow explained, includes several top brokerages from across the country and now allows all MLS PIN customers to gain free exposure for their listings. The partnership with MLS PIN also provides Zillow’s users with a more complete search experience, Zillow added. Headquartered in Shrewsbury, Mass., the MLS Property Information Network is New England’s largest multiple listings service.
