Seattle-based Zillow announced Friday morning that it has completed its acquisition of RentJuice, the San Francisco-based developer of software for managing rental marketing for landlords, property managers, and rental brokers. The deal, which was announced last month, is worth approximately $40M in cash. David Vivero, formerly Founder and CEO of RentJuice, becomes Vice President of Rentals at Zillow.
