Pro.com Raises $10M For Home Improvement Marketplace

Seattle-based Pro.com, an online service which provides carpenters, electricians, and project managers, as well as subcontractors, for the home improvement projects of homeowners, has raised $10M in a funding round, the company said on Tuesday. The funding was led by DFJ, and also included Maveron, Madrona Venture Group and Two Sigma Ventures. Pro.com said it will use the new funding to expand its home improvement services into more than ten cities across the U.S. Pro.com is led by CEO Matt Williams.
