Seattle-based Writer.ly, a new startup founded by Kelsye Nelson and Abigail Carter, is looking to raised $400,000 for its online marketplace for people working on publishing projects, according to a regulatory filing from the firm this week. The filing indicates the firm has raised $10,000 on its way to that goal. Details on the funding and funding plans have not been announced by the company.
