Adometry Acquired By Click Forensics

Redmond-based Adometry, a provider of online advertising analytics services used by online advertisers, agencies, publishers, and ad networks, has been acquired by Click Forensics. Financial details of the acquisition were not announced. Texas-based Click Forensics is a provide of ad verification services to the online advertising agency. As part of the acquisition, Click Forensics said it would rename itself Adometry. Adometry was founded by John Dietz, who becomes VP Applications for the new firm. Click Forensics is backed by Sierra Ventures, Austin Ventures, Shasta Ventures and Stanford University.
