Advanced Microscopy Group Acquired By Life Technologies

Bothell-based Advanced Microscopy Group, which develops imaging systems for research microscopy, has been acquired by life sciences equipment company Life Technologies. Financial terms of the acquisition were not announced. Life Technologies said that Advanced Microscopy Group (which is incorporated as Westover Scientific, Inc.) will become part of its Flow Cytometry and Imaging business unit.
