Allrecipes Launches New Nutrition Search Tool

Seattle-based Allrecipes.com, an online food site focused on home cooking and recipes, said today it has launched a new tool focused on nutrition information. The firm said its new Nutrition Search feature allows its user to serach for recipes on the site specifically by calories, cholesterol, sodium, fat, and other nutrition information. According to Allrecipes, the new tool will be available for its Supporting Memberships, the firm's premium membership level which gives additional features for users of the site. The firm claims that no other food site offers similar searches based on nutrition.
