Amazon Inks Deal with NBCUniversal

Seattle-based Amazon.com is bolstering the exclusive content available through its streaming video service, Amazon Prime Instant Video, saying today that it has added new, exclusive subscription streaming access to a number of NBCUniversal shows. Amazon said that it will offer up Covert Affairs, Defiance, Grimm, Hannibal and Suits, as well as children's shows Curious George and Land Before Time, through its services. The prior seasons of the NBCUniversal shows will be available for unlimited subscription streaming access; the kids shows will be available in Kindle FreeTime Unlimited service. Financial details of the arrangement were not announced.
