Amazon Opens Fulfillment Center In Colorado

Seattle-based Amazon.com said Monday that it is opening a new fulfillment center, this time in Colorado. Amazon said the new fulfillment center in Aurora, Colorado--just outside Denver--will create 1,000 full-time jobs. Amazon already has a "sortation center" in Aurora. The company said the new fulfillment center workers will pick, pack, and ship large items, such as sports equipment, musical instruments, and furniture.
