Apptio IPO Expected Friday

Bellevue-based Apptio, the developer of IT and business management software which is headed by Sunny Gupta, is slated for an IPO on Friday, according to the latest IPO schedule from the NASDAQ. The company, had filed to list as APTI on the NASDAQ Global Market on August 26th, and now is scheduled to debut on Friday, September 23rd. The company set an estimated initial IPO pricing of between $13.00 and $15.00 per share last week, and should price late Thursday evening if all goes well. The IPO will be the first technology IPO in the region since the successful IPO of Impinj in July.
