AutoSoft Acquired By California Firm

Seattle-based AutoSoft, a developer of financial reporting and analytics software for automotive dealers, has been acquired by California firm TSI Auto Solutions. Financial terms of the acquisition were not announced. TSI Auto Solutions developwe web-based business management products for automotive OEMs, dealer groups, banks and captive finance companies.
