Azaleos Rolls Blended Offering

Seattle-based Azaleos, a provider of managed email services for Microsoft Exchange, said today that it has rolled out a blended offering which combines both its remotely managed, on-premise Exchange Server service with management of Microsoft's SaaS offering, Microsoft Business Productivity Online Suite (BPOS) and Exchange Online. The firm said that the new offering handles mixed environments, and is targeted at firms which might be using both on-premise and SaaS models--for example, companies that might have acquired another firm, are upgrading their email systems, or might have regulatory requirements which prevent them from using hosted Exchange for all of their email. Azaleos provides outsourced, remote management of email and other servers for companies; the firm is venture backed by Ignition Partners and Second Avenue Partners.
