Coaxis Hires Group Vice President

Coaxis Inc., a developer of software applications for the construction and beverage-distribution industries, reported Monday that it has hired Jim Paulson as group vice president. Paulson, who officially joined Coaxis on Jan. 2, will oversee two of the Portland, Ore.-based company’s three divisions: Insight Distribution Software and Coaxis Business Forms. Paulson previously worked for General Electric, where he was a general manager. He has also various executive and line-management roles for various mid- and large-sized companies, Coaxis said. Coaxis is a privately held, family-operated company.
