Compli Names CTO

Portland, Oregon-based Compli, a developer of compliance software for the auto dealership market, said Thursday that it has named Mark Lawler as SVP and Chief Technology Officer. Lawler joins the firm from Primavera, was a co-founder at ProSight, and has also served at Intersolv PVCS and Symantec. Compli's software is used by automotive dealerships to manage regulatory compliance. More information »
