Concur Acquires Mobile Communications Provider conTgo

Redmond-based Concur has acquired a provider of mobile communications and messaging services, focused on business travel, to help bolster its platform, the company announced today. Concur said it has acquired conTgo, a UK- and Australia-based provider of cloud-based mobile communications and messaging platform for the global travel industry. Financial terms of the buy were not disclosed. Concur said the buy will help add comprehensive location-based services with advanced mobile communications and messaging capabilities to its offerings.
