Concur On The Block, Say Reports

Bellevue-based Concur has hired an investment banker and has been approaching possible buyers, according to reports Tuesday. The company reportedly approached Oracle and SAP on an acquisition, although apparently Oracle was not interested in a deal. The company has not commented on the details. The move was first reported by Bloomberg. Concur develops expense and travel management software.
