Daticon EED Sold To Document Technologies

Kirkland-based Daticon Electronic Evidence Discovery, a provider of electronic discovery services, has been sold to firm Document Technologies, Inc.. Financial terms of the buy were not disclosed. According to Document Technologies, the new firm will become EED, A DTI COmpany. DTI said the combined firm will have annual revenues of more than $130M, including $70M from discovery services. The acquisition comes only two years after EED merged with Daticon, which was based in Connecticut. All three firms are involved in electronic evidence discovery services, used by companies in legal matters.
