Dexterra Acquired By Antenna Software

Bothell, Washington-based Dexterra, a developer of mobile business applications, has been acquired by a New Jersey firm, Antenna Software. Financial terms of the acquisition were not announced. Dexterra was venture backed by New Enterprise Associates, Canaan Partners, Intel Capital, Mesirow Financial, Motorola Venturs, and Sigma Partners, and had raised around $91.5M in venture funding since 2004. Antenna said the buy would give it a stronger global presence and an established reseller channel, and that it would continue to provide full support of Dexterra's products and technology.
