DigitalTrends.com Acquires Videogame Consulting Firm

Portland, Oregon-based Digital Trends, an online news site focused on consumer electronics and technology, said Tuesday morning that it has acquired Embassy Multimedia Consultants. Financial terms of the deal were not disclosed. Embassy Multimedia Consultants provides consulting, brand development/marketing, and strategic advice to game developers, publishers, retailers, and distributors. DigitalTrends.com operates an online web site focused on consumer electronics, games, and home theater.
