DocuSign Adds Deutsche Telekom As Investor, Tops $525M In Funding

DocuSign, the developer of electronic signature software which got its start in Seattle, said Thursday that it has added Deutsche Telekom as a strategic investor in the company, bumping its total funding to more than $525M. The funding came as part of a more than $300M, Series F funding for the company. DocuSign develops electronic signature software, and includes such investors as FedEx, Microsoft, Dell, Intel Capital, Google Ventures, SAP Ventures, VISA, Salesforce Ventures, Samsung Venture Investment Corporation, Telstra, Comcast Ventures, BBVA, EDBI (the corporate investment arm of the Singapore Economic Development Board), Mitsui & CO, NTT Finance, Recruit Holdings, the National Association of REALTORS, and many others.
