DocuSign Buys Cartavi

DocuSign, the electronic signature firm which has operations in Seattle, said today that it has acquired Cartavi, a provider of real estate transaction management and document sharing service. Financial terms of the buy were not disclosed. DocuSign is based in San Francisco, but has operations in Seattle, where it was founded. DocuSign's services are widely used by real estate professionals.
