Ecova Acquired By Cofely For $335M

Spokane-based energy and sustainability management firm Ecova has been acquired by Cofely, part of energy company GDF SUEZ Energy Services, the company announced today. Ecova--which had been owned by Avista Corp.--was acquired by Cofely in a deal worth $335M in cash, according to Avista. Ecova has over 1,200 employees, which help provide energy and sustainability management services to corporations.
