Edge EHR Buys Software Firm

Seattle-based Edge EHR Corp., a developer of electronic health records software, said Wednesday that it has signed a letter of intent to acquire Goal Software, Inc., based in Green Bay, Wisconsin. Financial terms ofthe acquisition were not disclosed. Goal Software is a provider of electronic health records software specifically for the eyecare industry.
