Enprecis Taps Investment Banker As Finance Director

Seattle-based Enprecis, a supplier of software to automotive OEMs, reported today that it has named Mike Berry as Director of Finance at the firm Berry was most recently a Technology Investment Banker at KeyBanc Capital Markets, and has also worked at RBC Dain Rauscher and Thomas Weisel. According to Enprecis, Berry will help the firm increase its value as a global technology services company, including identifying new funding sources for the firm. Berry will report to Ed Shapero, the CFo and EVP of Corporate Development for Enprecis.
