Expedia Invests $26M In ALICE, Now Owns Majority Of Company

Bellevue-based Expedia has acquired the majority stake in New York-based ALICE, as part of a $26M, Series B funding, the companies said on Wednesday. ALICE has now raised $39M in total, including an earlier Series A, which was also led by Expedia. ALICE develops software which lets hotels handle concierge services, room service, and other guest requests.
