F5 CEO McAdam Plans To Retire

Seattle-based network equipment maker F5 Networks said late Wednesday that its President and CEO, John McAdam, plans to retire at the end of its Fiscal Year 2015. McAdam has held the position at F5 since the summer of 2000. McAdam will become Chairman of the Board after his retirement, and will also help the company find a replacement. F5 said that the company had 500 employees and $100M in annual revenues when he joined, and now has nearly 4,000 employees and annual revenues of more than $1.7 billion.
