F5 Names Microsoft Vet As New HR VP

Seattle-based F5, the developer of Internet and applicaiton load balancing hardware and software, has named Kristen Roby Dimlow as the company's new EVP of Human Resources, the company said Wednesday. Dimlow will head up leading the company's global Human Resources organization, which includes more than 4,000 employees, according to the company. Dimlow was most recently at Microsoft, serving as Human Resources General Manager for the Microsoft Devices Group. Dimlow had been at Microsoft for 18 years, and has more than 30 years of experience in the human resources, staffing, and related areas. Dimlow also had served once upon a time at Walt Disney Studios, and also at General Electric.
