F5 Networks Taps Visa Technology Head For Board

Seattle-based F5 said this morning that it has tapped the Chief Information Officer and Global Head of Technology for Visa Inc., Michael L. Dreyer, as its new board member. Dreyer also has served as CIO of Inovant, Visa's technology division, among other many roles across Visa since 1998. He also served at American Express, Prime Financial, Inc., Federal Deposit Insurance Corporation, Downey Savings, Bank of America, and the Fairmont Hotel Management Company. F5 is a developer of hardware and software for managing Internet traffic and application performance.
