Fine Solutions Acquired By Canadian Company

Seattle-based Fine Solutions, a provider of Microsoft Dynamics consulting services, has been acquired by Canadian company Encore Business Solutions, the two said this week. Financial terms of the acquisition were not announced. The two said the acquisition includes three offices, in Seattle, Portland and Vancouver. Fine provided professional consulting services for Microsoft Dynamics AX, GP and CRM.
