FlexMinder Acquired By Jellyvision

Seattle-based FlexMinder, a developer of software for automating the healthcare reimbursement process for third-party administrators, has been acquired by Chicago-based JellyVision, the two said on Tuesday. Financial details of the asset acquisition deal were not disclosed. FlexMinder had been part of Techstars Seattle, and was led by Lowell Ricklefs. JellyVision said that FlexMinder will become the FlexMinder Division of Jellyvision and remain in Seattle.
