Fluke Networks Buys Network Analysis Firm

Everett, Washington-based Fluke Networks said Tuesday that it has acquired Clearsight Networks, a developer of network analysis tools for real-time application monitoring. Financial terms of the buy were not disclosed. ClearSight's software includes CSA, a software protocol analyzer and NTM, a real-time network traffic monitoring product for deep packet inspection. ClearSight is based in Fremont, California, and as founded in 2001.
