Frazier Healthcare Buys Unit of CareFusion

Seattle-based venture capital firm Frazier Healthcare has completed its acquisition of the Onsite Services unit of CareFusion, the firms said Tuesday. The deal had been announced on January 11th. CareFusion's OnSite SErvices arm provides medical instrument repair and instrument management programs to hospital systems. Financial terms of the deal were not disclosed.
