NetXposure Acquires Chuckwalla

Portland-based NetXposure (NetX) said on Thursday afternoon that it has acquired ASL Acquisition Inc. d/b/a Chuckwalla, a developer of digital asset management technology. Financial terms of the acquisition were not disclosed. The companies said Chuckwalla was founded in 1992.
