IID Acquired By Infoblox For $45M

Tacoma, Washington-based IID, which provides cybersecurity and cyberthreat intelligence services, has been acquired by cybersecurity provider Infoblox, the two said Monday. Infoblox said it paid $45M in cash for IID. IID was venture backed by Bessemer Venture Partners.
