Intellicheck Mobilisa, Eid Passport Settle Lawsuit

Port Townsend, Wash.-based Intellicheck Mobilisa and Portland-based Eid Passport said Wednesday afternoon that the two have settled the antitrust and false advertising lawsuit Eid Passport had filed against Intellicheck Mobilisa. The lawsuit had been filed in late 2009. The two said that neither firm would pay the other, and that Intellicheck Mobilisa will assure Eid Passport with availability of drivers' license parsing software from Positive Access Corporation, which is now owned by Intellicheck Mobilisa. Each firm also will pay their own, respective attorney's fees. Eid Passport had filed suit against Intellicheck Mobilisa after Intellicheck acquired Positive Access in September of 2009.
