Intellicheck Mobilisa: Lawsuit Is Frivolous

Port Townsend, Washington-based Intellicheck Mobilisa, a developer of identification systems and related technology, has responded to Tuesday's antitrust lawsuit against the firm by Portland-based Eid Passport, calling the lawsuit "frivolous" and "without merit". EID Passport claimed that Intellicheck Mobilisa has been creating a monopoly for itself in the area of driver license validation in the military. Intellicheck Mobilisa said it would "vigorously defend itself" against the antitrust lawsuit.
