Intermec Completes Vocollect Buy

Everett, Washington-based Intermec said today that it has completed its acquisition of Vocollect, paying $190M in cash plus approximately $7M in adjustments. Intermec said that Vocollect, which develops voice-centered products for the warehouse operations market, will continue to remain located in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania, as a business unit of the firm. The deal had originally been announced on January 18th.
