iovation Adds To Board

Device reputation and fraud prevention specialist iovation Inc. reported Wednesday that it has appointed former JPMorgan Chase senior executive Harry DiSimone to its board of directors. The Portland, Ore.-based company described DiSimone as a financial services, merger and acquisitions, post-merger business integrations, business development and operations and systems management veteran. In his 30 years at JPMorgan Chase, iovation noted, he held several senior-level positions, including chief operations officer of Chase's credit card business, chief marketing officer of Chase's Retail Bank division and business executive of Chase's International Consumer and Personal Financial Services units. DiSimone, iovation added, was executive vice president at the time of his retirement from Chase.
