Itron Wins Midwestern Utility

Liberty Lake, Washington-based smart meter maker Itron reported a win in the Midwest on Thursday, saying it has signed on Otter Tail Power Company, a utility serving Minnesota, North Dakota and South Dakota. Financial impact of the win were not announced. Itron said that Otter Tail will take advantage of its complete managed services, to help modernize and improve the reliability of its grid.
