Jive Software Now Officially Part Of Aurea

Jive Software, the developer of enterprise collaboration software which has its roots in Portland, is now officially part of Aurea, according to buyer Aurea. The deal was worth $462M in cash. Jive was founded in Portland in 2006, but now has its headquarters in Silicon Valley.
