K2 Lands Massive $100M Round From Francisco Partners

Bellevue-based K2, which develops business application software, has raised $100M in a massive funding round, from private equity firm Francisco Partners. The company, which is led by Adriaan van Wyk, said the strategic funding will go towards continued growth and expansion. K2 was advised by Jeffreis LLC and Sheppard, Mullin, Richter & Hampton LLP in the deal.
