Kymeta Swaps Out CEO As It Seeks Commercial Markets

Redmond-based satellite antenna technology developer Kymeta has swapped out CEO Nathan Kundtz, saying this week that it will start a search for a new CEO. Dr. Kundtz will continue in an "advisory role" to the company according to the company. Kymeta President and Chief Financial Officer Marc Stolzman will run the company while the firm seeks a new CEO. The shift comes as Kymeta has started pushing into the commercial antenna market, and away from its original research and development roots developing metamaterials. Dr. Kuntz said the company "now needs the leadership experience of someone with a track record of driving significant commercial growth."
