Lattice Semiconductor Wins Design With Huawei

Portland-based Lattice Semiconductor has scored a design win with Hauwei, saying that the telecom manufacturer is using its low latency, tunable antenna controllers in Huawei's P8 smartphone. Lattice said its products are being used to enable optimal 4G reception. Lattice did not give expected shipment volumes for its device.
