Madrona Adds Longtime Microsoft Vet As Venture Partner

Seattle-based Madrona Venture Group said this morning that it has added longtime Microsoft veteran S. "Soma" Somasegar as the company's newest Venture Partner. Somasegar was most recently Corporate Vice President of the Developer Division at Microsoft, where he was focused on .NET developers. Somesegar spent nearly twenty seven years of his life working at Microsoft. Madrona said Somasegar will help identify new investments and provide strategic and operational advice to Madrona portfolio companies.
