Microsoft Acquires Cloudyn

Microsoft announced on Thursday morning that it has signed a definitive agreement to acquire Israeli startup Cloudyn, a developer of software used by managed services providers and enterprises manage their use of cloud services. Financial details of the acquisition were not announced, but the deal was reportedly worth around $50M. Microsoft said the addition of Cloudyn will help boost cost management and project tracking for enterprises using Microsoft Azure.
