Microsoft Buys Apiphany

Microsoft said today that it has acquired Apiphany, a developer of API management software, to help bolster its API management within Windows Azure. Financial terms of the buy were not disclosed. Microsoft said it would soon be surfacing its own API management services from within Windows Azure as a result of the acquisition. Apiphany had been based in Washington, DC.
