Microsoft Buys Prodiance

Microsoft said yesterday that it is acquiring Prodiance, a developer of enterprise risk management software. Financial terms of the deal were not disclosed. Prodiance becomes a wholly owned subsidiary of Microsoft. Prodiance develops software which works with Office and SharePoint, and provides ability to audit and track changes in documents, Access Databases, and spreadsheets.
