Mixpo Buys ShopIgniter

Seattle-based Mixpo said this morning that it has acquired Portland-based ShopIgniter, the developer of social advertising technology. Financial terms of the buy were not disclosed. Mixpo said that it will continue to operate ShopIgniter's Portland office. ShopIgniter was led by Matt Compton, and was backed by Madrona Venture Group and Trinity Ventures.
